Shipping, cancellation & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please note we only despatch to addresses inside the United Kingdom.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days. All orders are sent by tracked delivery and will require a signature. Orders will usually arrive within 3 – 5 days of despatch. We cannot cancel or change a delivery address once the order has been despatched.

We charge a flat rate postage of £4 per order for up to 6 boxes. We will charge a further £7 postage for each additional multiple of 6 boxes ordered.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after it has been delivered. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by email to: enquiries@mrscratchings.co.uk or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

We will provide return instructions and ask you to send the items to us in their original condition within 7 days of notifying us. We advise that you send the items back to us by a trackable method.

We will process a refund including the original delivery costs within 14 working days of receiving the items. Please note that postage costs incurred in sending your order back to us are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Go to My Account. From the drop-down menu, select Orders Placed in the Last 6 Months and then select Go.
  2. Sign in to Your Account.
  3. Locate the order you want to return, and select View Order.
  4. Locate the item you want to return and select Return an Item.
  5. Follow the directions, and ship the return (insured and prepaid) to the address on the paperwork.

 Keep the tracking information for the return in a safe location.

Returning Damaged Products Purchased Online

If your merchandise was damaged in transit or is defective, please contact our Customer Service department on 01274 670044 to arrange for a replacement, within 2 days of delivery

Faulty Items

If the item you have received is faulty or incorrect, please contact us in the first instance. The items should be returned within 7 days and we will refund the price paid, the cost of delivery and the postage cost for returning the product.

Lost or Missing Orders

If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us and we will be able to inform you further.
